Please just make sure that the product is unworn/unused, has it's original labels and tags and is returned in it's original packaging. Any damage to product or box during the return is under the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, make sure to protect it well.

You dispose 14 days to return your order. Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer and you arrange the return shipping yourself with a transporter of your choice.

To return a product

• Pack your return and post it with a shipping company of your choice.
• Send the product to: Creative Studio 66, 11 Rue du Helder, 64200 Biarritz, France.
• If the product is as new and comes with all original packaging and tags, we will reimburse you through the payment mode you used to pay for the order.
