An order confirmation is sent automatically to the email address you stated while placing your order.
If you haven't recieved your order confirmation we kindly advice you to first check your unwanted email folder. If not found there, you can always find your order details by logging in to your account on our website.

You can also find the tracking number by accessing your account in our webshop once the order has been shipped out.
Sometimes things don't go as planned and you may wish to return your order. That's fine! Please just make sure that the product is unworn/unused, has it's original labels and tags and is returned in it's original packaging. Any damage to product or box during the return is under the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, make sure to protect it well.
You dispose 14 days to return your order. Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer and you arrange the return shipping yourself with a transporter of your choice.
To return a product
Please send us an email at info.mercibcp@gmail.com and describe what you are returning and why.- Pack your return and post it with a shipping company of your choice.
- Send the product to: Creative Studio 66, 11 Rue du Helder, 64200 Biarritz, France.
- If the product is as new and comes with all original packaging and tags, we will reimburse you through the payment mode you used to pay for the order.
