All orders are sent with La Poste/Colissimo and are prepared with love by ourselves in the store. For orders placed on a weekday we normally ship the same or next business day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped out Monday or Tuesday.

Sometimes things don't go as planned and you may wish to return your order. That's fine! Please just make sure that the product is unworn/unused, has it's original labels and tags and is returned in it's original packaging. Any damage to product or box during the return is under the responsibility of the buyer. Therefore, make sure to protect it well.
You dispose 14 days to return your order. Return shipping fees are paid by the buyer and you arrange the return shipping yourself with a transporter of your choice.
